went into Wgtn today for my Praxis cluster groups. on the way, i bought something that had this label on the back of the packet:

batteries for my discman
now...i don't know about you, but i don't tend to microwave my batteries. i would've thought they'd spark or explode, thus ceasing to work. perhaps i've been wrong all these years, and microwaving batteries actually makes them last longer...?
anyways, i went to my three cluster groups. that's a lot of readings per week. and a lot of discussing.
went to my sisters' flat for dinner tonight. it was cool. i got to take part in a Spanish lesson. Ann, Dan and some others are going to Mexico later this year. while others were eating dinner, me and Mel found some interesting Spanish phrases in a phrase book and put them in Dan's notebook. i wonder how it would go down, a tall lanky guy walking up to someone in Mexico and asking for a stool sample...or telling them he has venereal disease :o)
